The pool was clean and the place was nice. The bathroom was a bit moldy, so I wouldn't linger in there, haha. The manager was okay, though not always around, and the staff's English is limited. Otherwise, a good stay.

The pool was lovely, and the ladies were very nice. I woke up to monkeys in the garden, but don't try to touch them.

The hosts were always helpful and cheerful, and even let me switch rooms when I asked. Selong Belanak beach is right nearby, with a village close by for restaurants, scooter rental, and 4G SIM cards. The homestay also has a clean pool. I had a great time!

We could walk to Selong Belanak beach in about five minutes, even though the accommodation isn't right on the beach. The toilet worked well, and the bed was comfortable for both of us, around 170 kg together. There's a pool and air conditioning, too. We had breakfast and dinner there, and both seemed perfect. We especially liked the grilled squid, the prices were reasonable, and you can ask what dishes are available. I also appreciated that they provide fresh water for bathing and the toilet, not just salty water, and let you refill water to help cut down on single-use plastic.

Amien and the rest of the team were wonderful hosts, looked after everything we needed, and made delicious breakfast each morning. We stayed in Jo's family room as a couple, which was more space than we needed, with both a huge king bed and a queen bed, haha. Selong Belanak Beach is amazing and only a five-minute walk away, so the location was perfect.
