Baltis Inn

The room was tidy, and the view was okay, though not great. I had a superior room, but the bed only fits two people. There’s WiFi, a TV, phone service, and breakfast. Parking is available but not very spacious. The cost is above average.

Last year this same room was clean and comfortable, and the service was great. Coming back today, it felt like a different place. The room and bathroom weren’t as clean, and the corridor was dark. One wall seemed damp and needs repainting soon. The AC didn’t work properly and leaked water. Staff tried fixing it twice, but the leak and the problem continued. At least they made the effort. This will be my last stay here.

The room smelled so bad that I had to spray a lot of perfume as soon as I walked in. There was no decent place to park, the WiFi kept losing its connection and I don’t know who was responsible, and we had power cuts during our stay. There was no receptionist on duty, and the receptionist didn’t seem interested in what we were doing or what they needed to do. I was disappointed. The price is too high for this quality.

The location is next to a university, but the service wasn’t satisfactory. There was just one towel despite the number of guests, and no toothbrush or toothpaste. I found dirt in lots of corners and a cockroach, so I can’t say the room had been cleaned. The WiFi failed several times, and only two users could connect. My wife and I had two phones and two laptops. The janitor and room service staff had poor attitudes too. If the service stays at this standard, I won’t come back to this guest house.
