The bathroom and other amenities weren’t clean, and the staff weren’t kind. The stay fell short of what it should have been, with plenty that needs improving.

The staff were all really kind, and the Wi-Fi was fast. It’s a cheap place in a convenient spot near Simpang Lima and a shopping center, so it works well for backpackers. The room isn’t large, but it’s enough for the price. Bring your own shower kit since they only provide a towel, though you can ask for another towel if you need one. They also give you a souvenir at checkout. Thanks for the hospitality.

There’s an elevator, which is a nice plus. The room was fairly clean, but the shower didn’t work properly and there was only one electrical socket, meant for the TV. Service was okay. You can’t check in early unless you pay 100k.

I got a cheap rate by booking through the OYO app. It was fine for a single night, but I wouldn’t choose it for a staycation. The standard OYO room had poor hygiene: the floor looked dirty, there were hairs even in the bathroom, and I spotted a spider web beside the bed.

The place was dusty, dirty, and messy, and there wasn’t any mineral water. There was just one electrical socket, occupied by the TV, and the mirror was covered in soap marks. Disgusting.
