Hotel Ciputra Semarang managed by Swiss-Belhotel International

On my first trip to Semarang, I wasn't sure where to stay. After reading plenty of Google reviews and checking the location, I booked this hotel, and it lived up to my expectations. The rooms were cozy, with a good city view through the big glass windows, and the breakfast had lots of options. Staff were very gentle, and it's only 25 minutes from the airport. Traffic in Semarang was very light, with no blocks at all. It's a nice hotel in the centre of the city with the usual amenities for a 4star hotel. It's connected directly to ciputra mall, almost like one building, and there are various food and grocery options within meters. For a foreigner, that mall connection makes it a really good choice.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the fitness center, while a bit old school, had everything we needed. We had a comfortable room with a beautiful city view, plus easy access to the mall and delicious street foods right outside. 10/10, would recommend!

I really appreciated the small touches, including the complimentary refreshments and thoughtful amenities. Breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty choices, and the location worked well for exploring the area. The room was exceptionally clean, nicely designed, and very comfortable, just as described or better. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional. It was a relaxing, hassle-free stay, and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, quality, and great service. I'll definitely come back!

We left our watch behind at checkout and reported it through Cinta. The front office and housekeeping communicated and coordinated well, which put us at ease. Eva later told us housekeeping had found the watch and would send it to our address in Jakarta free of charge. We've received it in good condition. The staff were honest, dedicated, humble, and helpful, and the service was outstanding. We'll certainly come back and recommend this hotel. Bravo, Hotel Ciputra Semarang!
