Hotel O Karomah Kostel Syariah

I ended up paying a few hundred thousand more for 4 nights at another OYO hotel, Gang Tengah, which turned out to be real. O Karomah Hotel, though, was a dud. I had booked 4 malls and paid in full the day before through the OYO app, but it was hard to locate, down alleys. Once I got there, the owner said O Karomah Hotel was CLOSED, now a regular boarding house and full, and that the owner hadn't worked with OYO for a long time. They said I could cancel and get a refund, but as of now no money has reached my account, even though I paid using BRIVA. OYO should remove hotels that are no longer active from the app instead of misleading potential customers. And when a refund is promised, with written proof, please transfer it promptly so customers like me don't feel cheated. 🙏
