A quiet, comfortable place, especially clean and beautiful, and a good fit for a holiday in Semarang. The location is handy, near Simpang Lima Semarang, Elisabet Hospital, restaurants, and hangout spots for young people. The staff are very friendly. If you're visiting from out of town and aren't sure where to go around Semarang, you can ask them for ideas on suitable attractions 😊🙏

We had a short trip to Semarang and stayed at one of the Hotel Pantes locations. Both the room and bathroom were clean, with basic amenities like a towel, shower gel, toilet paper, and bottled water. My only issue was that the AC switched off several times during the night, which I guess was due to electricity problems. If that gets fixed, the stay would be better.

The bathroom had no running water through the night and into the day, and guests in some cases had to leave without showering. Across the three rooms we booked, the sheets were stained. The water tank wasn't refilled, so it ran empty overnight, and the second-floor facilities had no water either. We waited about an hour to use the toilet while the tank filled. The staff's response to our concerns felt dismissive, with no sense of apology. For a hotel that isn't even budget-priced, Pantez Hotel failed at a basic service. Very disappointing. Hotels in Semarang have been poor in general, and after this stay I'd avoid them next time if I could.
