The location worked well, and the room felt new and comfortable. I was only there for a night, but everything went fine.

I'd recommend it.

A good spot.

There’s a lot that needs improvement. The room AC seems poorly maintained, and the place is too noisy if you’re trying to sleep. Also, be ready to tip the guard every day. He seems to expect tips, and I heard some guests may be insulted or treated inappropriately if they don’t give one. I can’t recommend this place.
8/10
The central location was handy for my quick trip to Semarang, and the room was clean, roomy, and affordable. I stayed one night. A couple of things could be better: both pillows were nearly flat, and of the three power outlets, only one worked for charging. I hope the owner sees this.
