I was disappointed, though I didn't give this inn one star because it's not far from my childhood home. The place is peaceful and in a strategic location in a residential area. The rooms are fairly clean, the AC and water heater work properly, and the staff on duty are friendly. The facilities were quite satisfactory. Still, there's a minor issue that hasn't been resolved and has been bothering me. There seems to be miscommunication between management and a third-party app. If I'm not mistaken, the hotel is managed by C*llecti*n O, part of the OY* network. I paid the full amount shown in the Ag**a app by bank transfer. At check-in, the receptionist, looking and sounding regretful, asked me to pay another Rp 31,000. She said management required a minimum stay price of Rp 150,000 per night, so the remaining balance from the app had to be paid in cash at the hotel. I don't know what agreement the hotel has with the app, but this was an unpleasant customer experience. The extra charge was relatively small, about the price of two portions of street-vendor fried rice in Semarang, yet it still disrupted the stay. I hope the inn improves its service and finds a good solution for any differences with the third-party app.

The hotel's location was listed incorrectly, and nobody answered the hotel phone. I had to call the Oyo call center to cancel, but since I'd booked several days, I only got 50% back. After driving around, I eventually found the place, though the booking had already been canceled. I asked the guard inside, and he just laughed and said, "Yes, the hotel location is wrong. And it can't be rebooked." This was my first booking through the Oyo app, and the whole thing was so frustrating. The hotel was at fault, but I was the one who lost out. The guard was rude.

We think of it as a boarding house, something like a homestay. It's quiet and comfortable, out on the outskirts of Semarang, around 15 minutes from the city center. The rates are very affordable, practically student prices, and the service is excellent. We at Semarang Motorcycle Rental | Sadiyah Motorent recommend it if you're looking for clean, comfortable, affordable accommodation in a very peaceful area, even if it's not close to the city center.👍🙏

I booked through an app and was told to pay extra when I got to the hotel, because of a supposed minimum price. It was cheap on the app, then I had to pay again at the property. This feels like a fraudulent business practice.

The management is very bad. I booked in the app, then they asked me to pay again when I arrived. Oh well, I can't recommend this place!
