The breakfast needs work: there wasn't enough food for the guests, and the restaurant staff weren't friendly. I'd also prefer proper glasses instead of plastic ones. In the room, the soap dispenser didn't work well and should be checked daily. Noise from people gathered outside carried in because the soundproofing was poor. Please improve these things.

I know it's a three-star hotel and wasn't expecting anything luxurious, but basic cleanliness is a must. My room was very dirty, with grime in many corners, and the bed linen and pillow covers were damp and stained.

The Wi-Fi was the main issue. There was no mobile network at all on the third floor where I stayed, though the signal was perfect on the fifth floor. I hope management can improve the connection. We had breakfast and enjoyed the food. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the towels smelled nice and felt fresh. The shower was clean too, and the bed was sturdy but soft, with fresh-smelling sheets. I stayed two nights, first in a standard room, which was nice, then upgraded to the family room, which was about twice the size. It was on the top floor, spacious, and the kids were happy there.

The service was disappointing, and the room was dirty despite being quite spacious. It also seemed to have been cleaned harshly. Getting across the street was really difficult, so the location didn't work well for meetings in Padma.
