The location worked well, with a footbridge at the front of the hotel, a little to the right, for crossing to Paragon mall. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to Semarang. Our room was dated and dark, with an old wooden floor that creaked in spots. It could use a touch-up, but was very spacious, had a lovely view of Paragon mall, especially at night, and the beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and had a shower over the bathtub, though the brown, moldy-looking screen needs replacing. The cupboard was spacious too, but so dark inside it felt like a cave. A light would help. Housekeeping were friendly and prompt. Rizky, the bell boy, was helpful, friendly, and always smiling, and the security staff were friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff didn't interact much, but were helpful, especially the two at the egg stations, who kindly made something to suit my dietary requirements. Chef Wahidin was also kind and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

A convenient choice if you want a simple stay. The staff were very friendly and polite, and our spacious room was clean. Even the towel was clean and smelled good. Take a walk around and you'll find lots of tasty food.

The location made it easy to get around the city, and as an Accor Plus member I appreciated the complimentary snacks. Unfortunately, they were left uncovered and had dried out by the time I arrived. The room felt dated and definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast had an okay range of choices. A decent stay for the location, though there is room to improve.

We had a problem with our connecting-room reservation, but management sorted it out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we received excellent service during our family stay. The room facilities were quite good, though the interior is classic and could use a newer design in the future. The elevator also looks old and should be checked for suitability and safety. The restaurant food was delicious, but the main course choices could be wider.

I was so happy with my one-night stay, especially the excellent food and service. The staff were very helpful, and the dining area was clean with plenty of traditional dishes, just the kind of food I like as a local. Thanks for the good service, keep it up!
