Oyo 91665 D'prof Exclusive Guesthouse

I stay here regularly. If anything makes you uncomfortable, tell the guard.

The parking was difficult, and we couldn't figure out where the entrance was. There was no lobby or receptionist, so we waited outside confused for quite a while until an employee came to show us in. The room was small, and the blanket hadn't been prepared. There were no towels, drinking water, or toiletries in the room either. I've never arrived at a hotel and found a room so completely unprepared. I stayed at the dist yesterday, and that was the first and last time. I'm extremely disappointed. I should've given it minus stars. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I was short on time and had already booked, so I couldn't look for another place, even though the reviews had made me hesitate. The location worked well for my plans in Semarang. During my two days there, I was satisfied with the facilities. The room was clean and not cramped for a price I didn't find too high. The AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and water all worked. Staff weren't often around, but there was a phone number to reach them. They didn't seem indifferent, though they weren't especially friendly either. That's just how it felt to me, and other guests may have a different experience. The setting is very quiet, which suits people who don't like crowds. I hope the hotel keeps up its quality and continues to improve. Thank you.

I made the reservation online a month ahead, but when I arrived on the booked date, they told me there were no rooms available. They offered no solution or compensation, just explained how to request a refund through the OTA, which I still had to handle myself. Apparently, the room was being sold offline at a higher price. I later found many reviews describing similar experiences.
