The service was friendly and good, and it was easy to chat with them. My room was neat, nice, and clean, but the toilet door handle was broken. They didn't provide towels or toiletries. For water, I used the gallon jug in the shared kitchen.

I was going to book through Agoda, but it started raining near where I was resting, so I decided to check the place out first. The gate was closed when I got there. I tried Halo Halo, but it was quiet and nobody was around, even though the parking area was full of motorbikes. Good thing I hadn't booked in the app, or I might have lost the money.

I booked through Agoda today, but when I reached the accommodation, the gate was closed and nobody was there. The WA number listed on Google didn't have WhatsApp, so I couldn't stay there. I also never got a refund.
