Standard Studio At The Alton Apartment

Alton is a comfortable place to stay or live, with lots of useful facilities. The student apartment has a minimarket, food court, cafe, laundry, and salon, plus a coworking space, lobby and waiting areas, and lockers in both lobby 1 and 2. There are gyms and swimming pools for women, as well as gym and pool access for all genders. It’s only a few meters from Muladi Dome, the large hall owned by Diponegoro University. Parking feels safe, and the building has 24-hour security, with an access card needed to enter the apartment. Recommended for a visit or stay.

For almost a month, the Tower 1 elevator has been out of order without being fixed. I raised it with apartment management and was told to take the Tower 2 elevator, but I only have access to Tower 1.

We really need the generators to supply power when the electricity is out. It gets extremely hot inside, almost like we’re suffocating, and it’s especially awful while cooking. The conditions are very uncomfortable.

I signed a three-month lease, but after just two days I was already fed up. The parking layout doesn’t meet turning-radius standards, and the entrance isn’t wide enough for two vehicles. Parking card service is available only on limited days and during limited hours. Buying electricity has to go through building management, which responds slowly and also has restricted operating hours.
