The staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. For a short stay, it’s good value for the money. From outside the hotel looks nice, but our room was compact and had no windows. The sink water was dirty at first, then cleared after a few minutes. Cleanliness needs work: the towels looked dirty and greyish. Motorcycle parking is on the other side of the building, and the hotel is non-smoking.

Triizz Hotel Semarang is good value for a central stay at this price. It’s conveniently located and the modern design makes it a reasonable option for business or leisure. There were some good points to my stay, though a few things could be smoother. The staff were polite and accommodating, and seemed eager to help. That made the check-in delay less frustrating. I had to wait while they sorted out the room I’d booked, and although it was resolved, the process could be more efficient and the staff better coordinated. Service was satisfactory overall, but response times could improve. The room was decent, clean, and laid out simply but functionally. It was a restful place after a busy day. With more efficient service, Triizz Hotel Semarang could be an even more appealing place to stay in Semarang.

I stayed here for a peer’s wedding and had a great experience. It’s a nice enough budget hotel, and the staff were ready to welcome us.

The kids were charged extra for breakfast even though we had entered their guest details when booking the room through Traveloka. The AC in the room wasn’t very cool either. I’m not sure what the issue was, since it’s different from the AC I have at home. Otherwise, everything was OK.
