Weis Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang

The price and location were the best parts for me, with value for money rated 4.5/5 and location 4.5/5. I’d give the room 3/5 and cleanliness 2/5. Most rooms have no windows, and mine felt humid. The lighting was very dim, and there was a lot of hair on the floor. I asked for it to be cleaned, but it seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. The AC kept switching off every two hours. I had to pull out the key card until the lights went off, then put it back into the electricity switch. This happened four times between midnight and 8 am. The hotel was full, so I couldn’t move rooms. If a room isn’t ready, I suggest not selling it to a customer, since it creates a bad experience. Hospitality is tied to customer experience. Weis hotel did give me a sincere apology, which was a good point. Keep following my reviews, they’re trusted and objective.
