The room isn't fancy, but it feels natural and fits the mountain surroundings. We had a peaceful stay at Bale Gantar, with a spectacular Mount Rinjani view in the morning. The outdoor kitchen beside the room is free to use for cooking or making tea and coffee. Breakfast was simple, just nasi goreng, but filling and fair. The host was kind and ready to help, and could cook for us if needed. The caretaker was friendly and very helpful too.

Muslim was an amazing host and made our stay perfect. The location has a beautiful view of Mount Rinjani, and the facilities were pretty good, including hot water and a kitchen guests can use for free. Ask him about getting a scooter to explore town :)

The location is beautiful, but checking in was difficult because the owner couldn't find our reservation and didn't seem very familiar with the business. The room was basic and could have been cleaner. At night, loud music from four or five nearby mosques played through speakers all night for Ramadan, so it was really noisy.

The bungalows are brand new, and the view of rinjani from the location is awesome. The owner and employees were super helpful, got us a scooter less than two minutes after we arrived, and took good care of us when we needed information. Really nice stay, highly recommend.

The rooms are simple, but the staff are very friendly and staying here was easy. Nice little breakfast with a good view, and very good for the price.
