We spent five nights here and really enjoyed the chats with the owner and staff. We rented a bike and had French toast for breakfast. The hotel down the road makes outstanding pizza. I’d happily recommend staying here, though standard rooms only have cold water.

I couldn’t stay overnight because of my health condition. When I applied for a free cancellation waiver, Customer Service was cooperative, kind, and helpful. Thank you for the help, and wishing you continued success.

The hospitality was fantastic. The guys working there were so helpful and attentive, and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The room was a great size, bike rental was super easy, and breakfast was delicious Nasi Goreng, simple but it does the job. Thank you so much, you made our time in Lombok!

There are a few warungs and shops close by, and the Rinjani registration post is very near. The trail start is about a five-minute drive away. Package tour and trekking guests seem to make up most of the crowd. The on-site restaurant serves fairly average, standard tourist food. My room had a gas hot-water shower that was a little tricky to adjust. It was an okay stay.
