The noise made sleep impossible. The nearby mosque was extremely loud around 4:30am, and nightclub or party bass thumped until about 8am. If you're a light sleeper, don't book here. I checked out early because the room smelled damp and musty, and the bathroom/toilet had an unpleasant odor. I also found mosquito larvae in the bathroom sink, and I have photos. Breakfast pricing seemed inconsistent: sometimes it was handled fairly, other times it wasn't, and the attitude left me feeling judged instead of being charged consistently and transparently. Management refused to refund the unused nights, and their response to my complaint was dismissive and unhelpful. I'm escalating this to Booking.com. I wouldn't stay again.

This place is good, though honestly it could be better. I had a small problem with my room when I first checked in, but MALA DEWI came to help. She was so kind, energetic, and quick to respond. I think she must be a robot, she was that excellent. Thank you so much, MALA DEWI.

I couldn't pay for a room with my Mandiri card because it doesn't have a name on it. I tried calling and messaging Attara Heritage, but got no response.

The staff were friendly, and we found the rooms very clean. The restaurant has lots of different food, with a nice breakfast where you can choose between two types. Their pizzas were really good too. Highly recommend it, and we'll come back.
