There were lots of families staying when we visited, which made the hotel feel lively. We loved the pool and the simple breakfast buffet. One waiter, a trainee, was especially attentive during breakfast. He was a real example of genuine hospitality.

The staff were helpful, and the location was good. For the price, the room was spacious and clean.

We left early. Breakfast was meant to start at 7, but at 7:20 there was nobody in the “restaurant,” and a staff member had his feet on the table. There was no milk for coffee, and the kitchen staff didn’t understand allergies. The hotel is on a noisy, busy street, and the rooms are old and dirty. The bathroom mirrors were so filthy you couldn’t see your reflection. A waste of money and time. Avoid this hotel.

The room and pool are nice for the price, and the woman at reception was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, though. They said they’d run out of milk for coffee. We pointed out that Alfamart is literally next door and they could restock, but they refused.

The room was roomy, but it had none of the basics I expected: no safe, fridge, kettle, or complimentary drinks. There were no shower curtains, slippers, or bathrobes either. The hotel feels old, despite being on famous Sengigi Beach.
