Keep your expectations low.

The location is handy for the city center, Jl. A. Yani, Serang, and nearby food. There’s secure parking, a pleasant-looking lounge, and lots of rooms. My room was damp and had a sour smell, though it was still okay for sleeping. The shower also sprayed water out from the shower head while I was performing ablutions, which caught me by surprise 😅. Staff were friendly and service was fairly good, but the ID card system seems impractical when staff aren’t always around. I had to wait 15 minutes in the morning for someone to arrive and collect my ID before I could check out. This system should be reviewed, since a phone number, a copy, or a photo ID could be used for data collection.

The room was nice and matched what I saw in the app. I’d read reviews mentioning an extra charge, so I asked about it. Check-in is at 2 o’clock, and arriving at 12 means paying an additional fee. I think that’s how it works across the apps, and I hope this answer helps.
