Of all the places I’ve stayed as a RedDoorz customer, this was the worst. The price didn’t match what I got: the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, the room and sheets smelled, the towels were wet and unused, and there was used soap and a dirty toothbrush. There were also loads of mosquitoes 😩😥 and loud music from the cafe next door. I’ve stayed at other RedDoorz places for the same price and had much better quality. After the long trip, the walk to the room just made the stress worse. Sad.

I’d only been there an hour when I checked out to get food, and I couldn’t even finish eating because the atmosphere was so uncomfortable. For the price, the facilities are very inadequate. It was dark, like an abandoned haunted house, and also smelly, stuffy, dirty, cramped, with terrible service.

For less than 200,000 Rupiah, I wasn’t expecting this level of luxury. The bathroom was clean and spacious, there’s a cafe for entertainment, and the parking area is decent and big enough for plenty of cars.

The cafe right behind the building was extremely noisy. The music from its speakers reached the room and ruined my plan to stop over for a quick rest. The room itself was okay, and the bathroom and bed were clean, but there was no hot water. I’d suggest limiting live music to 10, then playing slower music that doesn’t buzz until midnight.
