In the heat, with mosquitoes everywhere, I ended up paying to get the power back on myself. The electricity token ran out at 10 pm, and staff said I had to wait until 1 am to top it up because they couldn't do it. I tried adding a 20 RB token on my own and it worked. The service was seriously lacking.

The bathroom was grimy and slippery, and the bed wasn't clean either. The TV had no internet, while the AC felt more like a fan. This hotel was awful.

The internet was poor, there was only one towel, and mosquitoes were everywhere. There weren't even any clothes hangers in the bathroom, among other issues.
