Good.

I paid 250,000 Rupiah for the night. The AC was cold, the room was clean and kept up well, and the receptionist was very friendly. The only problem was checking in during heavy rain: I saw flooding outside the hotel, though thankfully it didn’t affect the inside. In the morning, the asphalt in front of the hotel had sunk below its normal level. It’s a shame the hotel has been affected. After asking local residents, I heard that the government hasn’t maintained the main road for 10 years. So far, the stay has been good for a relatively low price.

The mattress was soft and comfortable, but the rest wasn’t good. The room was small, the water flow was weak and the plumbing leaked. The bathroom was dirty and smelled, the TV was broken, and the service was somewhat lacking. When it rains, the hotel lobby entrance gets muddy or flooded. There’s no parking space, so we had to pay to park in a public lot outside. The total was 275 thousand, including 5 thousand for parking. This was my review on February 8, 2026, and I really don’t recommend it.

It’s a sharia-compliant hotel, and the affordable price and comfortable feel suit a backpacker like me. The location is very strategic, near Mall of Serang and the East Serang toll road. Service was excellent and the air conditioning was very cool.
