The WiFi was the biggest problem for me. I booked a twin room for two adults with WiFi, but the signal kept disappearing, so I mostly had to use my mobile data. The room had plenty of drawers, shelves and hangers, and the beds were comfortable and warm. I’d recommend it for solo travelers. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and both the tap and shower worked well. Warm water could take a while, especially in the morning.

After a two-hour bus ride, we arrived expecting to check in for the night we’d booked and paid for on Agoda. The hotel said it no longer worked with Agoda, refused to let us stay, and said it couldn’t refund us. They offered a room only if we paid twice as much. Their attitude was awful, and they made the problem worse instead of helping. If they no longer cooperate with Agoda, why keep the hotel listed there and let people book and pay? Finding out only after arriving that there’s no room for us was a joke. Terrible hotel. I hope others don’t make the same mistake.

The room was really nice, but the WiFi was very poor. Sorry.
