The staff made this stay stand out. I arrived earlier than expected and my room wasn’t ready, so they offered me breakfast while I waited. They were welcoming and attentive to the details, and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is also very convenient if you’re flying the next day, since its shuttle goes straight to the terminal. I’d happily come back.

The first night was rough because we got the last available room, which was connected to the room next door. A baby cried through much of the night, and the connecting door barely blocked the sound. Even with earplugs, it felt like the baby was right beside my ear. Later I could hear chanting outside, too. We told the staff the next morning, and they kindly moved us to a room at the end of the corridor. It was much quieter, and the rest of our stay went better. We chose the hotel for its airport location, and it’s convenient for late arrivals and early flights. They can pick you up and drop you off at the airport if you contact them on WhatsApp ahead of time. We were also planning to visit Mount Bromo, and the drive from the hotel to the jeep transfer point near the volcano took a little over three hours. The staff were welcoming and the service was quite good. There’s a restaurant at the hotel, which was handy when we arrived around 9-10 pm and didn’t want to go out. The food tasted okay, but it wasn’t especially good value and the prices weren’t cheap. Breakfast was average, with more Western-style choices that may not suit Chinese tastes very well. It’s a convenient airport hotel with friendly, helpful staff 👍

The buffet breakfast had lots of choices, including local herbal drinks and colourful pastries. I found the staff especially friendly, and they’d approach guests proactively to help. The room was clean, with either a sunrise or sunset view from the window. It’s a comfortable place to relax away from the city bustle, and not far from the airport. Just be aware there aren’t attractions or shopping malls nearby.

The hotel is very close to the airport and looks fresh and new. It’s clearly well maintained. Dylan, the trainee at the front door, and Alfredo stood out for me. They were both helpful and filled us in on local tips and information.
