The bathroom was the worst part. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the sink and bathtub/shower looked incredibly filthy and outdated. There was even a hair in the soap holder, so I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. I didn’t shower at all and spent two days feeling sweaty and filthy. There were lots of insects in the room, and the bedsheets had all kinds of spots, so I’m not sure they were clean. The faulty air conditioning kept switching on and off all night, and I woke up with a cold. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy for a small budget, but I at least expected it to be clean. I’m surprised this hotel gets such a high rating. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I didn’t sleep well, and I’d spend my money somewhere else.

We ended up here only because our first hotel mistakenly cancelled our booking, and we needed somewhere near midnight before an early flight. The 4.2 rating made it seem like it might be okay, but it was one of the worst places we’ve stayed. The room was spacious, the front desk polite, and the towels smelled clean. Luckily, nothing paranormal happened. Most of the rest was rough. The hotel and corridors were dim, and the facilities felt old and neglected. The tub and bed covers were badly stained, the cabinet was dusty, and the wall outlets were awkwardly placed. Hot water came and went with weak flow, the phone didn’t work, and the air conditioner was very loud because its compressor was behind the same wall. At night, there was lots of laughter and talking outside in the corridor, presumably from people. If you can spend 200k IDR more, choose another budget hotel. Avoid this one unless you’re stuck like we were.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was good. The hotel itself is large and close to the airport, but Room 121 needs renovation. Its toilet door won’t close, and the flush has a problem.

The price is very reasonable, and there’s even a pool for a 3-star place. Breakfast tasted good too. The room is old, though, and some parts need repair.

Breakfast was nice, with lots of choices, and the rooms are quite big. The hotel looks old but seems well maintained. A good place overall.
