The staff were welcoming and very nice, and I have no complaints about the food so far, it was tasty. The rooms are big, and the lobby makes a classy first impression. Compared with hotels in the next town, this one is way ahead. It does need ongoing maintenance, though. I know it's hard to keep a large hotel in good shape when there aren't many vacancies around, but it still has to be done. Housekeeping should pay closer attention, since I found dusty spots and spider webs in the corner.

Dear Owner, thanks for the hospitality, but the upkeep doesn't match the image of a luxury hotel. Bugs get in through the balcony door, breakfast choices are very limited, and the pool gets very sunny after 8 am. Please consider how to make it more comfortable. Sanitary cleaning needs much more attention, especially the toilets. A better room trash bin would also suit the luxury image more than cheap plastic ones. And why charge guests for parking? I've never had that happen at any other hotel.

There’s a large swimming pool, a KTV, a cafe, and plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are spacious, with a guest area, though the amenities weren’t very clean. Breakfast was average in both taste and choice, but the coffee was good, Kopi Sanger is recommended.

A decent three-star place in the middle of the North Sumatera jungle. Family friendly, with good room rates and a nice pool.
