I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, and the food was wonderful. The room was spotless and well equipped, with everything feeling just right. Everyone I met on the staff, from the front desk and restaurant to housekeeping, was warm and welcoming. I'd love to stay again and bring my family next time ✨

That infinity pool facing the lake was the highlight for me, so peaceful. The room was spacious and super clean, and felt like a real five-star standard. Staff paid attention to the details and made me feel at home. Labersa Samosir is a great luxury stay with a killer Lake Toba view, especially for a quick weekend to unwind and recharge from the daily hustle.

Breakfast was really delicious 🤤🤤🙏. The room was clean and the facilities were good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thanks Labersa Samosir, I'll definitely come back ❤️

The room had several problems: the air conditioning wasn't cool, the bathroom was clogged, and hygiene was the worst, with hair in the shower area and used disposable slippers provided. Service was already bad at check-in. We went to dinner at 7:40 pm, and one of the four of us ordered à la carte, but the food took an hour to prepare. There's a lot they need to improve. This was our last stay after a bad experience, and I'd rate it only two stars, not the five stars they claim.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was nice. Most of the staff were nice too. I had a pleasant stay, except the food left in the room attracted ants.
