Modern House Yia

We were there for an 8:00 flight, and being right by the YIA airport gate made the early start easy. The guesthouse can take you to the airport for 50,000 Rupiah per car. Our room had air conditioning, a TV, wardrobe, towels, an en suite bathroom, and the other usual basics. The bed was very soft, and they added an extra bed free of charge for the two adults and two kids. The owners were friendly and even lent us a motorbike to look around. They suggested Glagah Beach, about 10 minutes away.

I got in late, around 9 PM, after the boarding house beside an expensive hotel wanted me to pay 100% more than the app price, so I came here instead. The staff welcomed me warmly and let me head to my room before I had paid. Since I only needed to find some food and nothing nearby was open, they lent me a motorbike. They drove me to the airport at 4 AM, and the car fare was 50,000 Rupiah. It worked out perfectly.

Modern House YIA is just a minute from the airport, which is a very convenient spot. Mrs. and Mr. were both friendly, and the room was pretty good, with towels, clean water, toiletries, and drinking water supplied. I did notice a little dust around the bed. Thanks for the good service.

My husband and I checked in on May 1. The owner was warm and welcoming, and there was enough parking for the number of rooms. Our room was clean, the AC was cold, and the water pressure was strong. Breakfast was included, with tea and coffee available too. It's right across from the YIA airport gate, so I'd recommend it for a transit stop if you're looking for budget accommodation.
