The cappuccino was genuinely good, an 8 out of 10, and a Melbourne barista would be proud to serve it. Beyond that, the food was ordinary at best and the service just satisfactory. Sea Breeze could be the place to dine and relax in Lovina, but the venue needs a lot of care. Our tablecloth was dirty and stained; after we asked to have it changed, the replacement was stained too. The menus are falling apart, and the faded, stained chair cushions are so thin we had to stack two or almost three just to sit comfortably. Sea Breeze's management and owners should give the place some attention so it can become a go-to spot for locals and tourists.
