Dirty and smelly. This is one of the worst places you could book for a stay.

I got a good deal on Agoda and would definitely recommend this place. The room, bathroom, bed, and everything else were really good. The blanket and towels might need another cleanliness check, but aside from that, it was great.

The receptionist was really unhelpful. A customer asked to leave some food with reception, and while it was raining he was wearing a raincoat. The guard out front was chatting with other people. Instead of taking the food, they said, “Just leave it, bro,” and “Put it on the table, bro. Take off the raincoat.” Why not just accept it? They made a simple thing difficult and left the customer to deal with it. The person being entrusted with the food was the staff, not a table. That deserves an excellent rating, apparently.

The staff were very helpful and the service was good, but the room details were disappointing. I booked two single rooms some time ago. My mattress sagged, and the pillows were uncomfortable and hollow. The cleaning in the other room had been missed badly: there was about three-quarters of a condom under the mattress. I didn’t get a photo because my dad only told me after checkout. He noticed it when his phone fell beside the bed and he reached for it, not because we were searching around. There were lots of black marks on the sheets, and the bathroom mirror was cloudy, like it hadn’t been wiped. Aside from that, things were okay. I hope they pay more attention to these small details so guests can feel more comfortable. Thanks.
