For 200,000 IDR, this was nowhere near worth it, and I don't think the hotel deserves three stars. The AC didn't cool at all, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and the pillows were stained and unclean. There isn't an elevator either, which is a real hassle with heavy luggage. A very disappointing stay.

There's a covered drive-through area beside the lobby, so arriving in the rain isn't a worry. The atmosphere is lovely too, and you can hear birds singing in the morning. Gajah Mada university is nearby, with lots of coffee shops within walking distance.

The food is nice. The hotel sits right by a local market, and its entrance is between shops. The gate only has room for one car, so you may have to wait when another car is coming out.

It's easy to spot from the road now, after the underpass project at the Ringroad and Kaliurang Junction. The rooms are good and spacious. The hotel is quite far from Malioboro and the city center, but it's close to the airport and UGM.

Affordable and cheap. The toilet by the lobby should be cleaner, and they should have a lift so people with disabilities can get around.
