I loved my stay at CASAKITA Kost Eksklusif & Guest House and hope I can come back someday. It's easy to reach since it's close to the main street, and the parking area is really wide. The room was comfortable and memorable, and honestly I loved everything about this wonderful place. Thank you, CASAKITA Kost Eksklusif & Guest House.

Good security and keyless entry, with helpful front-desk staff. The location is central and close to everything. Built in 2021, it has clean, modern rooms, decent furnishings, and a comfortable bed. There's also a medium-sized fridge and TV. Highly recommended.

I booked for a month but left after only two weeks. The room was small and cost too much for what it was, since better rooms are available for the same price in jogja. Laundry was expensive too, and cheaper options are available outside. Parking was another problem. Cars get their own spots, but motorbikes are crammed into one small area, with more than 20 bikes there. When I was in a hurry, I sometimes had to wait for someone to move theirs so I could leave. My bike got scratched several times and I paid to have it repaired. The AC wasn't installed properly and barely cooled. Management moved me to another room, but its AC was weak too, as were the units in all the rooms. I'd used the same model in other hotels without this issue. My windows were poorly made and didn't seal, so air leaked out and insects got in. Cleaning was poor. They promised to clean once a week, but it had to fit their schedule. I wasn't sure whether I worked for them or they worked for me, since I ended up doing proper cleaning myself. Their cleaning was very basic and the room stayed dirty. The cleaner didn't wear a mask or gloves, which felt like it contaminated the room. The electronic lock's battery kept running down, making it take a long time to get in, and sometimes it malfunctioned and didn't secure the door properly. There was no wifi in my room. They said they'd install the router the next day, but it took more than two weeks. The promotion was misleading too: electricity was said to be included, but only 60kw was covered. They don't let Go-Food deliveries enter, so from the top floor you have to go down and back up every time, and they won't accept the order for you. At night, security brought friends who smoked and slept on the floor at the entrance. When I went in or out, four or five men watched me, especially when I had a guest. Kamar 308 🙏🏻

There's easy access to everywhere, and you're surrounded by the things you need. It works well for a short stay or a longer one. One thing to watch out for: there's a booking scam circulating on Facebook, so it's better to book directly with the property.
