I arrived at 1 am with my tired child, and sorting this out was difficult. I was told to use the app for a family room at 400 thousand so it would be cheaper, ma'am. At the location, the price was 600 thousand, while the app showed 300 and had five more rooms listed. When I tried paying in the app, the listing was removed, and I had to pay the guy directly, 600 thousand per room. The Malioboro area was cool. I hope things go smoothly for the guy who works at Sans. Very good.

The parking was a mess on my first visit. I wanted to put my car in the garage, supposedly the owner's space, but residents' motorbikes were blocking it. The lot outside the guest house wasn't managed by anyone, either. Service was slow and unfriendly. 👎🏼

The security setup is a bit too high-tech for me, haha. You need a password to get in and out. Still, the price is very good, and the location works well, with a cafe next door plus a burjoan and a penyetan nearby. The bathroom is outside, but that's the only other drawback. I'd come back if there's an event in the north.

I'm furious about the parking here. Guests keep leaving cars on the road and blocking it, even though there's already been a ban and signs put up. On holidays, cars on both sides make it so narrow you can't get through. I've brought this up repeatedly, even to the loral director, but the problem keeps happening and management has no solution. Be careful, this place is taking away other road users' rights.
