Good.

I had a great stay renting the house for a budget trip in Yogyakarta. The place is in the city center, around Nandan, close to Monjali (Jogja Kembali Monument), the ring road, Jalan Kaliurang, and Gadjah Mada University's Faculty of Engineering. It's near plenty of food stalls and restaurants, plus photocopy and laundry services. Even with all that city activity nearby, the area is quiet enough to rest. The house can be rented as a whole for less than 1 million rupiah, which worked well for an affordable family holiday. Individual rooms are also very affordable, with monthly prices negotiable up to 1.8 million rupiah. On the first floor there's one large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with a family room with a shared table, pantry, and kitchen. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one large room with a queen-size bed and a single bed, one large queen room with an en-suite bathroom and balcony access, another queen bedroom with balcony access, and one room with a single bed. There's also an outdoor bathroom. The shared area has a large table and a living room with a sofa and TV. The house has air conditioning, an internet connection, and hot water in the bathroom.

I slept really well here. It's calm, comfortable, clean, and quiet, with no outside noise. A nice spot for a Jogja vacation 🙂
