It may show its age, but the hotel was very well maintained and nearly everything worked perfectly. My Premier King Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the price, and the staff were professional and helpful. The internet was a little slow, though still fine for light browsing. The fitness center could use an upgrade. I'd give it 9/10.
The location made it easy to get around, and the breakfast buffet had a great range of choices. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. From check-in, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a really relaxing stay and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
The sky lounge pool stays open until 10pm, and the room was pretty big with a bathtub. I was mesmerized at first sight. The decor and style felt very French, and staying here was a great experience.
The rooftop pool area is great, and the food and drinks taste delicious. There are lots of Indonesian and Western dishes at reasonable hotel prices. Service at the poolside tables is the problem, the waiters forget about you, so you have to keep going down the stairs to the indoor restaurant.
The pool is on the small side, but it's a nice spot for a quick dip or a little time by the water after a day out. Breakfast each morning had a satisfying mix of local and international choices, with options for different dietary preferences. What stood out most was the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the staff's hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and efficient, and the attention to detail helped keep the whole place spotless. I'd recommend staying here.
