The internet was unreliable, and there was a terrible smell from the toilet drain. Some things in our first unit weren't working properly, which was disappointing. After we complained several times, management moved us to a much better unit, but only on our last day.

The neighborhood was nice, with a convenience store and restaurants nearby, and the hotel staff were friendly and polite. We had repeated trouble with the shower: the water stopped halfway through twice, and the temperature swung between too hot and too cold. An engineer came to fix it, but the same problem returned. The internet was unstable, cleanliness could be better, and we also had a power outage one night.

We brought 30 family members and stayed in several villas. Everyone was really happy, including all the kids aged 6-13, and the whole team made sure we were comfortable. Mr Yeremias and Angga went above and beyond with the service. We loved the place and would definitely stay again in the future.

We were excited when we arrived because the place felt spacious and homey, but the stay turned into a disaster. There were six of us for five nights, and we ran into problems almost every night. For the price, having cold or no water, a power cut, and WiFi that didn't work properly was awful. Hot water ran out, so three of us ended up showering cold every day after being out all day. The engineer came twice, but it didn't help. Once the hot water was gone, even the cold water dwindled until it stopped completely. I was halfway through washing my hair and had to finish at the sink. We couldn't get a proper shower any day. One night the electricity went out. We sat in the living room, exhausted, waiting for someone from the hotel to come, and couldn't get to sleep. The WiFi stopped working on day 2 and wasn't fixed until the following day. We felt like cavemen and cavewomen. Highly not recommended!
