The hospitality was good.

Room 5 was on the second floor, with a water jug and dispenser, bin, and a table outside stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spoons, and glasses. The Wi-Fi was very fast, and there's a generator for power outages. There's also a kitchen where you can borrow utensils to make noodles or fry eggs. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower, toilet, sink, toilet paper, and holders for soap and shampoo. Water pressure was great, and the hot water heated quickly. Hand soap was provided at the sink. Two towels were included, though one was quite small and short. My room had a soft mattress, but the sheets and spring bed felt a bit dirty and sandy. It came with four pillows, cable TV through MNC Vision with lots of channels, though quite a few wouldn't work, plus very cold, fast AC. There was also a round vanity mirror, table and chairs, a bin, and clothes hangers. I missed having a closet for clothes 😭 Each room has a different design. I got room 5, though I was hoping for room 3, the one shown in the photo, hehe. On arrival, the room seemed nice and a good size, not too small. Finding the place was easy since it was right on Google Maps. There are food stalls about 100 meters away and an Indomaret nearby. Check-in was quick, and the security guard was there.

The rooms are fairly clean and have a decent amount of space. Check-in may take a while since the innkeepers aren't always there, so contact them a few hours ahead if you can. They charge Rp 50,000 to hold your luggage after check-out.

Finding meals is easy here, with restaurants, food stalls, and souvenir shops nearby. The guesthouse has good facilities, including AC, clean and attractive toilets, and really fast Wi-Fi. You can ask the manager for breakfast too. It's in a convenient spot close to several campuses around Jogja. I highly recommend staying at Condro Wulan Guest House when you're in Jogja!
