The Deluxe room was clean, and both the water flow and AC were good. Mas Ade at reception was friendly too. Worth the price overall.

For a short stay in Jogja, a few days or even weeks, this comes in cheaper than a regular hotel or other accommodation. Highly recommended.

The room size was the only plus. Everything else was a negative: unstable wifi, water that wasn’t always available, and an owner who blamed the customer. The cable TV showed nothing. The owner has keys and would come in and out of your room whenever they wanted, without consent. Ridiculously overpriced. Stay away. I didn’t take any pictures because it was so awful.
