Kenayan Asri Residence by FH Stay

The woman looking after the place was welcoming and friendly, and she gave us directions. The toilet was clean and the faucet worked; the sink was clean too, though the water flow was weak. The room had working AC and TV, clean mattress, blanket, and pillow, towels, and a filled soap dish. My only real issue was that the water wasn’t warm. It costs under 123k and you can pay there, though using the app is better. A good option for a last minute holiday or work assignment in the next city.

The place itself was comfortable, but I left a pair of gold earrings behind, right on the table beside the AC remote, and I clearly remembered putting them there. When I came back about 20 minutes later, they were gone. The staff member said they hadn’t seen them, and we couldn’t find even one after looking. It’s strange, but oh well, maybe something will replace them one day.

I was very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your family to stay at this homestay. Management needs to improve every aspect of the place.

I was very satisfied with the house rental. There are lots of rooms, the hot water works, the AC is cold, and the wifi is fast. Still, some customers who had booked through the app ended up turning back.
