The safety videos were thorough and easy to follow, a nice touch, and a first for me. The staff were warm, helpful, welcoming, and the service was great. The lift, lobby, meeting and conference rooms, and waiting areas were comfortable. My issue was the smell and cleanliness of the public toilets. It was a busy day, but the building is meant to handle large crowds, so that shouldn't be an excuse. Still, not a bad place. The toilets just need attention.

Breakfast was good, and the coffee was too. You can ask for coffee beans as well. The AC was cool and the room cozy, though a bit old fashioned. The outdoor parking was fine. The door handle needs fixing, but overall it's a good hotel and we'll stay here again.

For a three star hotel, the service made this a good stay, even though I was only there for one day. Staff were friendly and quick to respond, the room was fine, the washroom was clean, and breakfast was okay. I especially liked the staff service. Outside the restaurant there's traditional music, a 3 on 3 basketball court, and a walking track. They host meetings, group events, and conventions, including large groups of school students. One small thing, the drink utensils in the room need regular cleaning and replacement. Yes, I'd recommend this place.

I stayed here as an alumnus, and being back brought back good memories from when it used to be student accommodation. The hotel was clean, room service was nice, and it was a really good place to stay. The price is quite cheap too. Highly recommended.
