For someone who isn't fussy, the room facilities are quite good for the price, and the hotel was more than enough for me. I got a cheap rate during a discount and seem to have landed the main room, which was really big. The building is old and has an old-school feel, so people who like that kind of atmosphere should feel at home. It was calm, and I didn't see any ghosts. Wkwkwk, I think people calling the place really scary are just cowards. When I arrived, the guard wasn't there and the lights were off, but once I turned them on, everything seemed normal. The staff were kind and friendly too. I’d stay again next time I vacation in Jogja.

I booked through Agoda at 10 pm after getting tired on the road. It was a sudden booking, and I hadn't checked the reviews. When I arrived, nobody was on duty. A receptionist's number was posted on the reception door, but no one answered my calls or messages. I waited a long time and no hotel staff showed up, so I had to find another hotel. I'd suggest not staying here. There were no staff or guests around at all. It felt like a fake or scam hotel, and the place had a very eerie vibe. Try booking if you don't believe me.

For 150k at RedDoorz, I thought it was worth the price, especially since I only needed a place to sleep after a long trip. The service was okay, and the men by the roadside were very friendly. I didn't find the atmosphere scary. It seemed like a typical house with an owner who likes artwork, though there was so much of it that the house didn't seem well maintained. I rated it 4 stars because the refrigerator was too dirty to use, even though I expected it to be usable. I booked straight through the RedDoorz app because it was cheap, without checking Google Maps reviews first.
