Pak Irwan was really helpful, and getting into town is easy. Malioboro is about 10 minutes away. There are three bedrooms, plus a big living room that can also be used for sleeping. We had two bathrooms, a private kitchen, a dining table, and a large garden that was still neat and clean. Great for a family or a small group. I'd come back on my next Jogja trip 👏

It felt like staying at home. The house is down an alley not far from the Yogyakarta monument, and booking payment is transferred to the owner. There are three bedrooms, though I only used one. The AC was cold, but the mattress and extra bed could use replacing 😁. The hot water wasn't working during my stay.

Everything was ready when I arrived at 2 am and moved in, so thanks to Mr. Irwan. The guest house is spacious, has room for four cars, three bedrooms with cold AC, and two bathrooms. There’s also its own prayer room, a fully equipped kitchen, drinks in gallons, and a gas stove. The location is strategic. Recommended overall.

I ended up canceling my two-night booking after some friends dropped out, and was surprised to get all my money back. At year end, lots of homestay owners charge high rates and don't refund, so this was different. God willing, I'll stay here next time I visit Yogyakarta. Thank you, Mr. Irvan.
