The room was spacious and very quiet at night, with a good AC, TV, and a shower that heated up quickly and got very hot. The location was also great. But the building is badly maintained and looked much worse than in the Google review photos from two years ago. It could charge more if it kept the place clean, but in its current condition it's not worth 100 thousand rupiah a night. The bathroom wasn't very clean and smelled unpleasant, the bedsheet was dirty and musty, and there was a lot of mold on the wall by the water pipes. The property says smoking isn't allowed, yet the housekeeper smoked at night.

The room was filthy, with lots of cigarette butts on the balcony, and the pictures didn't match the place. The lights went out three times while I was showering. Between 11 pm and midnight there were no guards, and it was so dark it felt like an abandoned house.
