I planned to stay five nights, but I was so happy with the service, location, and value that I added another 16 nights for the rest of my trip. There’s a reception and dining area where you can buy food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Drinking water is free, and there’s always a staff member available if you have a question. Everyone on staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the main highway, yet it’s extremely quiet and peaceful. My room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve stayed in, but for the price, the staff, and the location, I find that hard to hold against them. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pondok Eyang Obi is a great hostel, with clean rooms and amenities. The staff were very friendly and nice. Parking is limited to about two cars. Any additional cars need to park outside.
