We spent four nights here with my wife and our beloved anabul, and it was a very satisfying stay. The room was clean, the hot water worked, and there was a fully equipped kitchen and a refrigerator for our pet's food. The location is very convenient, with food within walking distance, though parking is quite limited, especially if you're driving a car. It's a pet friendly hoteeeeelll in Jogja 🥰🥰🥰. You can walk your anabul on the rooftop. I even let mine off leash for a bit, just remember to clean up after your pet. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The courtyard murals and the building’s cheerful, homey design made it a lovely place to spend a month. Palagan Huis is peaceful, yet the main road is close by, with shops, restaurants, and other conveniences just a short walk away. My room had good furniture, enough space, a balcony, a nice bathroom, and working air conditioning. The shared kitchen was handy too, with a working stove, microwave, and fridge. Staff and management were warm and helpful, and the other guests were great. I’m especially grateful that they welcome pets. Thanks to everyone at Palagan Huis for making my rescue cat and me feel so welcome.

We had a really lovely stay and will definitely come back. The host was dependable, friendly, and helpful, and check-in was easy. Everything felt warm and comfortable, and the place was clean with all the kitchen utensils we needed. No complaints at all, just a great experience.

Palagan is a good spot, not too crowded or built up, and we found the room clean with nice furnishings. We stayed for a month and were able to get a monthly rate. The hospitality and service were top notch. There were a few issues during the stay. The walls and doors were thin, so loud vehicles and conversations carried into the room. The hot water sometimes wasn’t available, and the water from the jet shower smelled really bad. Also, the guest in room 305 often had friends over, and they were noisy around midnight.

April and the rest of the staff were super helpful, and they even arranged a good motorbike for me. The rooms were clean and great value for the money. The interior has a quirky, fun design too.
