At around 140K per night, the room is fairly good and clean, and coffee and tea are free for self-service anytime. Getting around is convenient too: Trans Yogya bus stops and Condong Catur Bus station are accessible, which helps keep trips to places like Malioboro, Borobudur or Prambanan cheaper. Food is easy to find, including coffee shops, street food (angkringan), and motorcycle rentals.

The owner and staff are very kind, and the room was clean. The parking area is too narrow, though. This budget guest house suits a couple or small family, and it's near Hartono mall and Jogja bay.
