For what we paid, the rooms and shared spaces were more than adequate. There’s a bathroom, dining room, living room, kitchen, and balcony terrace, and the homestay was quiet and comfortable for my family. We’ll definitely return. Recommended.

There’s a small shop and a mosque nearby, but the place has some limitations. It isn’t very private because the building connects to both the boarding house and the owner’s home. Every room is upstairs, so it’s not suitable for people with disabilities or older guests. Only two of the four rooms have AC, and just one shower room with a toilet works properly. The kitchen is small, with a dining table and four chairs. The sofa is only on the first floor. The balcony has no railing, so be careful if you’re bringing children.

The owner was friendly, the Wi-Fi and facilities were good, and breakfast was good too. The service was excellent. I strongly recommend it for families.

There are plenty of rooms, so it worked well for my big family when we visited Jogja a few days ago. The air around the place is fresh, and it’s near both Malioboro and the Kaliurang area. It was clean and a nice place to stay.

The owner was really friendly, and breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and fit seven people, while the price was affordable.
