The house is comfortable, roomy, and reasonably priced, with air conditioning in every room. Just note that only one room has its own bathroom and hot water.

The house has six rooms, with two master bedrooms downstairs and four upstairs. It’s compact and well arranged, so it feels spacious and works for both older guests and children. The sheets, blankets, towels, kitchen, and living room were clean and comfortable. Mrs. Yani, the caretaker, was friendly and helpful with information. The quiet atmosphere made it a good fit for our family. There’s plenty of food nearby within a short walk, including the well-known Iga Bajog (Bajog ribs) and Gejayan’s fried anchovy rice. The access road into the housing complex is a little restricted, so parking fits only two cars, but that wasn’t a big problem for us. We really liked our stay. If we return to Yogyakarta, this homestay will be our first choice. Thanks, Gejayan Homestay.

We keep coming back to this homestay when we have activities in Jogja with friends. It’s clean and very comfortable, with six rooms across two floors and different facilities in each. The price is very affordable. Ibu Yani, the housekeeper, is polite and friendly, and readily offers help whenever we need it.
