The food was okay, and the place is easy to spot. Borobudur is just an hour away. I found the stay pleasant and affordable, with helpful, kind staff. The room was clean and had hot water, though it felt a little cramped with limited room to move around. Everything was well managed. I’d recommend staying here.

This may have been one of the best hotels a couple of years ago, but the quality is terrible now. I don’t think anyone is managing cleanliness. We checked in at 11 PM, and my partner noticed the bed was dirty and the sheets hadn’t been changed. There was dust and other dirt on it. When we opened the blanket, we found a blood mark that looked fresh, as if it had just been wiped with a wet towel. I complained at reception and was offered another room, but the receptionist seemed completely calm, as though this happened all the time. The replacement room was just as bad, with what looked like unchanged sheets and a woman’s hair on the bed. Worst hotel ever.

This feels like a place that just rents out rooms, with no focus on customers. If you’re looking for peace of mind, don’t stay here. The staff don’t seem to care whether your room is comfortable, and the hotel only seems to care about your money, not improving.

The room felt cramped and had no window, and parking was limited. I also noticed a dupa smell from the reception all the way to the room. The bed and pillow didn’t look very clean, and toiletries were limited, so bring your own. I couldn’t find the TV remote, so couldn’t turn on the television. On the good side, check-in and checkout were fairly quick, the location is close to the main road and fast food, small restaurants, and warung, and room service is available 24 hours. The staff and security were friendly, and security helped park my car.
